Office Manager

Joining the team in 2022, Tania brings over 15 years office experience to the team and is exceptionally skilled in administration and accounts. Based at the Hawera Quarry, Tania delivers critical duties such as creditor & debtor management, health and safety, record keeping, asset management, orders, payroll and HR. Tania plays a key role for Tony to ensure he is able to carry out operational duties in the field.

General Manager

Todd joined the team in 2017 and is experienced in SME business management. He is qualified as a B Grade Quarry Manager with his day-to-day contribution being of a strategic business focus. His responsibly covers areas such as: consenting, contracts, finance, strategic planning and key stakeholder engagement.

Whenuku Road Quarry Supervisor

David joined the team in 2020 and has a passion for engineering and anything with an engine. He holds a diverse background in trade skills and is the brains behind the operations’ engineering and fleet maintenance solutions. David is Tony’s right-hand man and plays a key operational support role at Whenuku Road in executing the daily plan at the site.

Quarry Operations Manager

Tony joined the team in 2024 and is held in highest regarded amongst his peers within the extractives sector. Starting from humble beginnings in the late 80’s as a dumper driver, Tony has dedicated himself to becoming an expert in the field of extractives and has held an A grade Quarry Manager COC for over 30 years. Tony has received multiple industry awards over his time and been successful in the supply of many major lower North Island infrastructure projects. As Tony might tell you…”My journey to becoming an expert in extractives is only just beginning”.
